Phyllis Bell is the Dr. Anne Moses IGNITE Oklahoma City Fellow. She currently serves as the Director of Communications for the College Democrats of Oklahoma and the Director of Diversity and Inclusion for the Oklahoma Intercollegiate Legislature. She is also a winner of the Carl Alberts Fellowship, where she was able to intern for legislators at the Oklahoma State Capitol. Phyllis has aspirations of attending law school and eventually running for public office with the goal of uplifting other women.
