High School Chapter Enrollment Form

Please enroll your high school IGNITE chapter every academic year. Completing this form registers your chapter as an official, active IGNITE chapter. It also provides your access to resources and opportunities, including IGNITE's Campus Chapter Handbook, a comprehensive guide designed to assist in managing a IGNITE chapter for students in grades 9 to 12. 

College Chapter Enrollment Form

Please enroll your IGNITE college chapter every academic year. Completing this form registers your chapter as an official, active IGNITE chapter. It also provides your access to resources and opportunities, including IGNITE's Campus Chapter Handbook, a comprehensive guide designed to assist in managing a IGNITE chapter on college and univesity campuses.
