Elizabeth serves as Operations Director at IGNITE, where she oversees the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring that it runs efficiently and that all members of the team have what they need to succeed. She is responsible for maintaining all organization-wide systems related to business administration, financial management, and human resources. Before being promoted to Operations Director, Elizabeth initially served at IGNITE as Operations Manager. 

Elizabeth is an advocate for empowering women and minority communities, and is passionate about social justice. She graduated from The University of San Francisco. As a student, she was President of Latinas Unidas, a culturally focused organization and helped create opportunities for Latina students to succeed socially and academically.  

Elizabeth is based in Oakland, CA.
