IGNITE’s environment that can compel anyone to become politically motivated and to declare their political ambition is what enticed Alicia to join the movement as a Fellow in 2019. Alicia currently serves as IGNITE Director of Programs and Campus Engagement. With over eight years of leadership experience in program management, strategic planning, and student initiatives, she is confident  in her ability to empower the next generation of leaders. 

As Director of Campus and Programs Engagement, Alicia works in partnership with program leadership to develop and implement an inclusive, empowering and mission driven culture to increase positive social impact on college campuses across the United States. Additionally, she leads IGNITE’s national fellowship program. Highlights of her work include planning IGNITE’s Young Women Run NY Conference in 2019 and successfully running IGNITE’s fellowship program for the last four years. 

Her previous career experience with other non-profits and developing grassroots campaigns with powerful women in politics, has given Alicia the ability to help change the lives of others while also meeting and exceeding organizational goals; which she feels is her greatest asset to IGNITE women across the nation. 

Alicia is based in New York.
