They are building a national movement by helping their peers access political power and engage civically, oftentimes blurring the line between influencer and activist and challenging traditional media. About IGNITE:

Since our inception in 2010, IGNITE has trained 25,000+ young women to discover and flex their political power. IGNITE is the nation's leading organization harnessing political ambition, community building, and leadership skills among young women and girls. Our model moves young women to run and win, and it dramatically increases their political engagement on every level.

This event is a part of IGNITE's national three-day Young Women Run conference. Network with 150 politically ambitious young women from across the United States as they learn concrete. At this premiere event, young women develop political leadership skills, network with elected officials and policymakers, and spend a day in the U.S. Capitol championing causes impacting their communities.
