Group Registration: Young Women Run New York 2022
IGNITE welcomes schools and organizations to bring groups of participations to our conference.

- Look for a follow-up email from our event team with in a few days. If you don't hear from someone and have questions, contact info@ignitenational.org.
- Complete the paperwork and return to the contact listed on the paperwork immediately.
Upon submission of the final paperwork, IGNITE will invoice the group if applicable.
COVID safety policy for Young Women Run New York
IGNITE’s COVID-19 Policy for in-person events: All IGNITE staff and onsite consultants are required to be vaccinated against COVID-19. For event participants, attendees must either show proof of vaccination for Young Women Run New York. IGNITE requires all participants to wear a mask for the duration of the event and observe social distancing guidelines. Please note that these guidelines may change based on the venue, and well as local and state COVID-19 guidelines. (Last updated 11/23/2021)
IGNITE requires all attendees for Young Women Run New York to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Attendees must either submit proof of vaccination in advance or provide proof upon arrival at the event. A negative COVID test will NOT be accepted in lieu of a proof of vaccination. The following forms of proof will be accepted:
- A physical copy of your vaccination record
- A photograph of your vaccination record
- A state-issued digital vaccination record
- Documentation of vaccination from a healthcare provider
If an attendee is showing signs of illness upon arrival or develops symptoms during the event, IGNITE will provide a COVID-19 test to be taken onsite. Attendees will not be allowed to enter the conference until the test is completed and shows a negative result. If the test results are positive, the attendee will not be allowed to enter and/or will be asked to leave.
Convene’s Policy: Convene requires full vaccination of attendees at events hosted at their venue. Read the full policy here.
