National Deputy Program Director: IGNITE is seeking an experienced leader to assist in leading our national programmatic strategy and growth across the country. The National Deputy Program Director is responsible for maintaining the IGNITE brand, establishing essential relationships, overseeing programs, managing program staff, and tracking progress to ensure programmatic success. The Deputy provides leadership, supervision, oversight and management of IGNITE’s programs and services directly or through a Program Director, Manager, Coordinator or Fellow. Regional Program Director – Midwest: IGNITE is searching for a seasoned Program Director with over 5 years of supervision, coaching and training experience. The Regional Program Director will lead the MidWest region to meet our national programmatic goals. S/he will be responsible for all hiring, training and supervision within the region, project manage events (in-person and virtual) across the region and collaborate with IGNITE team and regional stakeholders to achieve and further IGNITE’s mission. Grants Manager: Under the direction of the Chief of Resource Development and Communications, IGNITE’s Grants Manager would work alongside the Development team to increase institutional giving revenues which will allow IGNITE to meet its operations and program needs and objectives on an annual basis and beyond. This position is responsible for managing and growing institutional partnerships and carrying out all activities related to the organization’s institutional/foundation-focused fundraising. Participants gain valuable professional experience while building the tools, self-confidence and leadership skills that can be readily applied to future professional challenges and pursuits. At IGNITE interns are carefully prepared to bridge the gap between the academic and professional world.
