Social Media Manager: IGNITE is looking for a talented, experienced Social Media Manager to lead our social media accounts. You will be responsible for creating copy, sourcing and collaborating on video and graphic content, managing posts across multiple channels and responding to our audience, managing company image and messaging in a cohesive way. As Social Media Manager, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views and programs thoughtfully and creatively. A successful candidate will have the ability to oversee and execute our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement, and they will be innovative, fast-moving, and data-driven in an effort to define and communicate our work, attract new participants, and expand our audience. Development Coordinator: IGNITE is looking for a talented Development Coordinator to assist the Development team in planning, organizing, and maintaining IGNITE’s fundraising efforts and external partnerships. The Development Coordinator plays an important role by providing administrative support to the Development team and participating in all fundraising activities including donor relations, direct fundraising appeals, grant writing and reporting, and special events. National Deputy Program Director: IGNITE is seeking an experienced leader to assist in leading our national programmatic strategy and growth across the country. The National Deputy Program Director is responsible for maintaining the IGNITE brand, establishing essential relationships, overseeing programs, managing program staff, and tracking progress to ensure programmatic success. The Deputy provides leadership, supervision, oversight and management of IGNITE’s programs and services directly or through a Program Director, Manager, Coordinator or Fellow. Director of Major Giving, West Coast: IGNITE is seeking a seasoned development professional to help build its fundraising program, with an emphasis on major gifts. This position will be primarily focused on developing support in the west coast region, with a focus on Southern California, the Bay Area, and Seattle, WA. The Director of Major Giving, West will be responsible for securing funds for the organization by identifying, cultivating, and soliciting a growing portfolio of major donors and institutional funders who are passionate about IGNITE’s mission. Participants gain valuable professional experience while building the tools, self-confidence and leadership skills that can be readily applied to future professional challenges and pursuits. At IGNITE interns are carefully prepared to bridge the gap between the academic and professional world.
