Madison Collins serves as IGNITE’s Data and Impact Manager, leading efforts to strengthen data systems and foster a culture of learning and accountability across the organization. She works cross-functionally to design and implement tools and processes that track program outcomes, inform strategic decision-making, and demonstrate IGNITE’s nationwide impact empowering young women to lead.

Madison is a monitoring, evaluation, and learning specialist with seven years of experience supporting international development organizations and philanthropies to design evidence-based strategies and strengthen learning systems. She has worked across Africa and the United States, leading participatory evaluation initiatives that center community voices and build organizational capacity for data-driven decision-making.

Prior to joining IGNITE Madison has worked in monitoring and evaluation for the Gbowee Peace Foundation, CorpsAfrica, the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, and in a consulting capacity for the Robert Woods Johnson Foundation and the Serra Health Foundation.

Madison holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Binghamton University and a Master’s in International Educational Development from Teachers College, Columbia University.
