Data & Impact Manager
Laura is IGNITE's Data & Impact Manager, where she uses technology to advance the organization’s mission and applies data to evaluate program outcomes. She is passionate about using data to empower women and marginalized communities, believing that information can drive meaningful change.
With experience in nonprofit database management and teaching diverse audiences to navigate technology, Laura is committed to making data accessible and impactful. She also brings a background in organizing within Asian American Pacific Islander communities, a cause close to her heart, and hopes to further her advocacy for marginalized women through IGNITE’s programming. In 2022, Laura participated in the Re:Power Data x Power Movement Tech Fellowship, where she completed a project on BlueLeaks, the largest U.S. law enforcement data breach, which emphasized the importance of data security and transparency in public policy. This experience deepened her understanding of the intersection of technology, data, and social justice.
Laura is based in Philadelphia, PA, and continues to be driven by her belief in the transformative power of data and advocacy.
