What is IGNITE?
IGNITE is a national movement of young cis and trans women, as well as nonbinary and gender expansive people, ready and eager to become the next generation of civic and political leaders. Since our inception in 2010, IGNITE has become the largest, most diverse political leadership organization in America mobilizing young women with sustained community-based training and support to unleash their civic and political power. We train our participants to make a long-lasting impact on their communities.
Who attends IGNITE the Capitol events?
IGNITE the Capitol events are designed to educate young women, from as early as middle school to college and beyond, on their civic power and political potential as advocates for state and national legislation.
