Fiyin Sanya - Headshot

Fiyinfoluwa studied Economics and Business Law at Towson University, where she built a strong foundation in public policy, regulatory systems, and economic development. While in school, she held multiple leadership roles in student government—including Chief Justice, Vice President of the Freshman Council, and Attorney General—where she worked on policy development, student advocacy, and institutional accountability. She currently works as a Political Operations Coordinator at Ampersand Media, supporting political strategy, operations, and communications across active projects.

Her interests center on economic justice, civil law, and economic policy, particularly how the law shapes everyday access to opportunity in areas like housing, employment, education, and small business development. She is also drawn to the way policy decisions translate into real outcomes at the community level, especially in underserved areas where gaps in legal access and economic infrastructure tend to reinforce inequality over time. Fiyinfoluwa plans to attend law school and pursue a career in civil law and economic policy, with a goal of driving solutions that not only respond to individual cases, but also improve the systems that shape outcomes for entire communities, particularly those that have been historically excluded from equitable economic growth.
