Arita Mogoba has a decade of experience in data, measurement, and evaluation as well as supporting programs that aim to create meaningful and lasting change. His work centers on building practical tools, frameworks, and approaches that help teams and leaders make informed decisions, stay accountable, and learn as they go.
His experience spans US-based and international organizations, including work supporting programs and partners such as the International Committee of the Red Cross and the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees in Sub-Saharan Africa. Across these settings, Arita has focused on making data useful and accessible, helping teams understand what is working, where adjustments are needed, and how programs can better serve communities.
He holds a graduate degree from Duquesne University, which shaped his analytical thinking and commitment to evidence-informed practice. Arita is motivated by the belief that good data, when used thoughtfully, can improve services and contribute to real change in people’s lives. He brings curiosity, energy, and a collaborative spirit to the work of advancing impact.
