Alyssa joins the team as the Operations Coordinator, where she will help the everyday operational needs and systems.

Alyssa was raised in Southern California before making her way to the Bay Area for college. She graduated from St. Mary's College with a degree in kinesiology. She started her career in education and nonprofit work, including being an AmeriCorps member for a nonprofit and then teaching at various elementary and middle schools in the Bay Area for six years. Most recently, she worked in administrative and operations roles for educational and career pathway nonprofits focused on students.

Outside of work you can find Alyssa watching matinee movies, playing sports, reading sci-fi and fantasy books, traveling, and hanging out with loved ones.
